In this article you will find the process to add a Snap Camera filter on Twitch easily. This guide will explain the steps for the most common software: OBS Studio, Streamlabs OBS and XSplit Broadcaster.

Snap Camera and OBS Studio for Twitch
For this first software, you must first open Snap Camera and then OBS Studio. You then need to add Snap Camera as a source on OBS.
To do this, on the streaming software, click on the + button in the Source section.
Then click on "Video capture device".. Then a window will open and you will simply have to name this new source "Snap Camera then click on "Ok".
A new window will appear (property), select "Snap Camera" in the device drop-down menu and click on the "Ok" button.
You can now stream with a filter and change it whenever you want directly on Snap Camera!
Snap Camera and Streamlabs OBS
To begin with, open both programs. As with OBS Studio, you need to add Snap Camera as a source. To do this, click on the + button in Source and select the "Capture Device" domain and click on "Add source at bottom right.
Enter the name of the source, here it is Snap Camera, then click on "Add new source.
Another parameter window will appear, select the Snap Camera source in "Device".
Now you can stream with a filter and change it at any time during your live broadcast!
Snap Camera and XSplit Broadcaster
For XSplit Broadcaster, the process is very simple. Open Snap Camera and then the software. As with the other software, Snap Camera must be added as a source.
To do this, click on "Add source.
You then need to select "Device". then "Video" and then Snap Camera.
And now you can use filters and change them throughout your stream directly on Snap Camera!
How do I use Snap Camera in my Twitch stream or video conference?
You may also need to go through the Snap Camera settings to enable the filter. Let's take the simple example of Google Meet.
On Google MeetClick on the 3 small dots at the bottom right of the screen.
Go to the parameters of the videoconference.
And choose Snap Camera software as a camera.
All you have to do is choose the filter you want to use!
