Make managing your e-mails easier with Ovy and its automatic replies

Forget the hassle of writing emails, Ovy takes care of it for you. An artificial intelligence system generates automatic replies to emails as if you were the writer. How is this possible? We explain it all in this article.

How do I get Ovy?

It's so simple! Ovy is a Google Chrome browser extension, so all you have to do is install it and let the magic happen.

Step 1: Open your Chrome browser
Step 2: access the Chrome Web Store
Step 3: Search for the extension using the search bar
Step 4: click on Add to Chrome

Alternatively, you can visit the Ovy official website and add the extension to Chrome simply by clicking on the Add to Chrome. You can't miss it, it's all over the website. Once that's done, all that's left to do is open Gmail and authorise the extension to access your mailbox. If you agree, the tool's logo will appear at the top right of the screen, next to the Gmail settings icon.

How does Ovy work?

The emails are generated automatically by Artificial Intelligence. To have it write an automatic reply, simply open the email you want to reply to and click on Answer. Subsequently, the Generate Reply appears on the screen and asks for several items of information relating to the automatic drafting of the email, such as the tone to use with the recipient (formal, respectful, casual, friendly, decisive or cheerful), the language you want to write in and the keywords you want to use. Once all the fields have been filled in, all you have to do is click on Generate Email and the text will write itself before your astonished eyes... pretty satisfying, isn't it?

Ovy's different tariffs

Different versions are available, including the basic free version and two paying versions. A version for companies is also available on request from the platform.

Free version

This version lets you generate a maximum of 50 automatic responses just once. It's easy to use and remains the same as the paid versions, but the number of responses may not be sufficient.

Basic pay version

The tool generates 200 responses per month for a monthly subscription of €9.90. If you take out an annual subscription, you save €20, as it costs €99.

Pay version Professional

Ovy will be able to generate 500 e-mails per month if you select this version. The price is €24.90 per month and €249 per year, or 2 months free!
