Este \u00e9 nomeadamente o caso do seu projecto de recrutamento lan\u00e7ado em Maio passado. Presente em The Sandbox, o grupo comprou um terreno virtual para iniciar esta experi\u00eancia digital. A empresa criou um campus virtual onde os candidatos a emprego podem interagir, estabelecer contacto com a empresa e mesmo ir para entrevistas de emprego. Representados por um avatar, os candidatos podem ent\u00e3o entrevistar de onde quiserem e assim viver uma experi\u00eancia digital imersiva \u00fanica. Este primeiro evento de recrutamento no metaverso marca o desejo do grupo de criar e viver experi\u00eancias inovadoras. De facto, para quebrar os c\u00f3digos e mudar as entrevistas habituais, a empresa oferece uma decora\u00e7\u00e3o de sonho com um grande c\u00e9u azul e guarda-s\u00f3is, para relaxar o ambiente e
