TikTok's parent company, ByteDance, is in the process of launching a new social network to counter possible bans on the use of TikTok in the United States. Over the past few months, a number of content creators have been contacted by Lemon8 with a view to joining the social network.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

For the time being, Lemon8<\/a><\/span> is not yet really available, but some creators have been able to access it to create content for the application.<\/span><\/p>

Lemon8 is, in short, a cross between Instagram and Pinterest and aims to offer educational and localised content. Topics include fashion, make-up, travel, food and hairstyling. The app aims to offer useful, local content so that users can discover places and tips close to home.<\/span><\/p>
